The management of the Society’s affairs is vested in a council composed of the officers, the immediate Past president, and three elected members-at-large (Member-at-Large, Preservation Member-at-Large and Program Chair). Officers include a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Council appoints the Newsletter Editor, Membership Chairperson, Society Archivist, Outreach Coordinator, and Electronic Resources Manager.
