Members Participating: Steve Fisher, Kevin Anderson, John Newman, Marge Benham, and Karen Zoltenko.
Kevin wrote that Pat Van DeVenter had faxed a proposal for the spring meeting from All Occasions Catering to provide refreshments for the morning break with a cost of $525.00 which breaks down to $7.00 per person plus $115.50 delivery and service charges, $640.50 total cost. Kevin asked for Board approval. We need to determine what the projected total registration fee is before we can approve this expense.
A meeting was set for January 18, 2002 at 10 a.m., at CSU in Fort Collins.
