The Society of Rocky Mountain Archivists Diversity and Inclusion Committee invites you to contribute an item--or bundle of items--to the Silent Auction, to be held on Friday, May 17th at the SRMA Annual UnConference at The Commons at Champa in Denver. The Silent Auction will benefit the Archives Fellowship Program (AFP).

We are looking for any and all items that might be of interest to others, from individuals, repositories, regions, vendors, or collaborative groups. Popular items from similar auctions include:

    • Handmade or crafted items
    • Regional food and drink items (alcohol is welcome), including gift certificates
    • Repository T-shirts, tote bags, note- or postcards, other swag, etc. (could also include a free membership, or registration for a virtual program, conference, workshop, or more)
    • Repository publications
    • Art, prints, printed photographs, jewelry, etc.

Please fill out the form in the link provided below to commit to donating to the auction. We will check in with donors before the conference to confirm donations and provide logistics for dropoff and for the auction itself.

Please bring the donated item with you to the conference, if you are attending in person. If you are unable to attend the conference in person but would still like to donate, please tell us in the form below, and we will try to make other arrangements!

If you have any questions about the auction, please contact Daria Labinsky at daria.labinsky@gmail.com.

For more information about the AFP, visit: https://www.srmarchivists.org/SRMA-Archives-Fellowship. Thank you in advance for supporting the Archives Fellowship Program!
